I waited 20 minutes after my appointment time. I had 2 different people handling my hair. I asked for an inch off and even showed her how much I wanted off. She took around 5 inches off my hair. I was frozen in shock. The blow dry she rough dried my hair until it was nearly dry before doing a curly blow dry which of course didn’t last. The brushes she left in my hair in each section she had to pretty much yank my hair out to get the brush out as she had tangled it so much. Devestated!!

Both ladies who did my hair and nails were lovely, the hair and nails were amazing 1 small thing - the nails were a little sheer for me maybe an extra coat of polish next time other than that I loved the shape and colour thank you 💞
