The lady who waxed me was so lovely and friendly. However, during my Hollywood wax I had no privacy to undress before hand, or get back dressed afterwards as she didn't leave the room which was quite uncomfortable. the stick used to apply wax was dipped back into the pot which is not a hygienic way of waxing. Other women working there were banging on the door in the middle of my treatment, which the lady waxing me was mortified by - the other women were unprofessional, rude and unwelcoming.

The stylist who cut my hair was not the one I booked with.
This lady couldn’t speak English very well so she found it very difficult to understand me and what I was asking for my hair.
The lady cut off the length much much more than agreed (even after she showed me 2cms with her fingers). Layers were very short, deep and different lengths on either side.
This is my first time writing a bad review and I’m so easy to please but this just couldn’t be ignored.
