I had a haircut at Glam Master yesterday evening with a lady (dark hair) sorry I don’t know her name. I must say it is the worst haircut I’ve ever had, it’s not what I asked for. It is so uneven and badly cut. As a professional, it is not suitable for me to have such a bad haircut and it has ruined my confidence. I have now booked elsewhere to (try) and get it fixed. Even though I had booked in with yourself, I was not cut by you and I am very disappointed with my haircut.

My therapist was absolutely amazing! She is very professional and kind. Made me very comfortable during my facial. The treatment was refreshing and calming at the same time, my skin feels great.
The spa is very beautifull and clean and very surprisingly in a salon the downstairs has a indoor hot tub which was incredible such a relaxing experience and was only used by me and my friend at one time they really made sure it was private

Excellent experience! At short notice they were able to highlight trim and Blowdry my hair in preparation for my birthday They were understanding and professional. They offered helpful advice on how to look after my hair the staff and especially shanaya is a lovely person to talk to very polite I will definitely return next time Thank you for your help!
