I was very unimpressed by my experience at Glam Mastor Salon. I got a Hollywood wax, and the beautician seemed inexperienced, reused the same wooden stick into a big pot of wax that had touched my private areas and didn’t meet necessary hygiene standards. The beautician waxed every area about 20 times and there was still hair remaining, it was incredibly painful and the beautician was insensitive about my pain. My skin has badly broken out, something which hasn’t happened getting a wax elsewhere

The treatment room was downstairs in the basement and smelt extremely damp / mouldy, you could also hear people walking around upstairs which was not relaxing at all.
Another beautician walked into the treatment room twice and talking pretty loudly - I would not recommend this salon.

NEVER AGAIN! Had gel polish on nails. The drill was too strong and I was trying to tell the lady to reduce the setting but she kept nicking my skin whilst doing it which hurt. Halfway through they decided to tell me that they only take cash payments and not card!!! Nothing advertised when booking so had to rebook an appointment so that I could pay via paypal. Kept having to direct them too whilst doing my nails. No sanitising or wiping down. Totally unpleasant and unprofessional experience!
