Sorry but it was not a good experience. The nail artist asked me to come 15 minutes early which I did then she was with another client when I arrived and I had to wait about 20minutes. She didn’t apologize for the delay. Then she also said that my nails were going to look bad in the shape I wanted. how rude. She also said that the reason the shape was different on one hand was due to the way my nail bed is uneven ( insulting me ) and not because she filed one hand twice and the other hand once.

They didn't seem aware of my hair appointment and that I had prebooked and prepaid, felt a bit awkward as no friendly chat from the lady, there was only me and another customer but she was talking to her colleague throughout my appointment and didn't show me the back of my hair in the mirror, I booked this as a treat but just wanted to get it over with so I could leave
