Very disappointed. ‘Wet haircut’ took 8 minutes in total. My hair did not get washed and no products used - just a spray with water to the ends of it! The lady doing it was not welcoming and made me feel uncomfortable. She tutted when I described what I wanted. I was left with some strands of hair longer than the others and shaping around the face that was uneven on each side. I will not be returning or recommending to a friend.

I was surprised as the whole appointment took about 20 minutes. Usually it takes about an hour for a hair cut for me as I have very thick hair. The hairdresser barely spoke to me and seemed in a rush to get me out of there despite it not being busy. I did not feel at ease. I can see as well that my hair isn’t even, there are strands of hair that are still noticeably longer than the rest. I would not go here again for a haircut.
