As I have very fine straight hair with low maintenance, I've asked for a 4 inch cut with a very light, delicate layer to give a bit of volume! The cut that I was given , completely finished off my hair the layer was up to my ear I was left with very short hair uneven layers, and even more looking with much less hair !! I am upset.
