I went for wash, cut and blow dry. The place was very clean and staff were lovely. (Important to note-only got a trim so cannot judge quality of hairstyling)

I have a scab on my head from the colour. The blonde is very yellowy at the roots had to out a toner on myself when I got home. Tried to charge me again and when I explained I had already paid for colour in Treatwell was advised "I should have said" . blow dry was terrible ends flicking out and not even straight. Never again!!

I absolutely cannot fault this amazing salon. What a little gem it is!
Spotlessly clean with stunning interiors. Staff is beyond pleasant, attentive and very experienced.
I am super happy with the service I received at Glam and even though it is located on the other side of town from where I live I absolutely do not rule out taking the commute again.
This is how every hair salon should be!!! Top marks.
