The lady who did my pedicure was very nice but she did hurt me cutting my toenail and doing cuticle work (heavy handed). In fact the cuticle looked a bit bloodied up and the toenail had been cut so short it was also bloody at the top when I looked at home. Also after putting on the top coat it was only given 8 minutes before trying to put on my flip flops which bashed up the paintwork so it had to be gone over again.

Had a perfect time in Glam the salon looks so beautiful with lovely atmosphere, had a shellac manicure and pedicure and full head highlight my hair looks amazing very happy. Nilou did amazing job loved my nails will definitely return.
lovely salon with amazing staff. I had a facial and back massage with Nilou she was amazing, my skin feels amazing it was the best treatment I ever had. Will defiantly go back

I wasn't very impressed that they were not expecting me. I turned up to find out I wasn't booked in and was offered an appointment during a week day which I could not make. I was told that I should've confirmed the appointment, even though there is nothing mentioning this when booking or after booking, not very apologetic. However due to a cancellation at the time I was in the salon I was given an appointment that same evening, which was 9 hours after my actual appointment. The lady that cut my hair was excellent. She did an amazing job with my hair, and she did apologise for the inconvenience, however she did say that she didn’t start till later on that morning and wasn't sure why I was able to book an appointment.
