Saha- the lady who was doing my bikini line, hurt me, she ripped my skin off!!!! So my bikini line is first of all just ripped off and secondly not even! Horrible horrible bikini line waxing! Avoid!!!
Ladies' Waxing
Not a great place, will not go back or recommend! The salon was very very cold. No hot beverages was offered, no flip flops was offered so after my pedi I had to walk bare feet to the mani table, the lady didn't even know what I was booked for as she didn't believe me when I said I have got shellac mani booked with her??! And when I wanted to choose my colour and I wanted her to show me a bit more shades she started being sarcastic about it! My pedi supposed to last 45 mins but the worker was done after 25 mins?? No foot massage was given and painting was very poor! The lady use blades to get rid off my hard skin even o didn't have a lot of it and I told her not to!!! I really feel like I wasted my money!!!! And should be refined this money! Very bad customer service from Saha!!!! Will avoid this place and would do the same if I was you!!!!

I would avoid this salon, will definitely not come back or recommend to my friends. I have had problems with getting the chosen through wahanda time of my booking as was phone a day after and the lady said she cannot do this time slot?! Well obviously if I booked my appointment for that time it meant I couldn't really change it and plus why would you put online that that time slot was available? The place was very very cold! The lady doing my waxing wasn't engaging or even polite, she looked like she hates her job. No hot beverages was offered to me. The waxing itself wasn't very good, the lady wasn't being attentive or careful with what she was doing, no attention to detail, if I was you I wouldn't go there.

I got there on time but was made to wait 10minutes, not offered a hot drink or else. The massage itself was ok, the therapist did not explain a thing about the oils she will be using or even made an effort to talk. In the middle of the massage someone came into the room and chatted with the therapist. Then the therapist dropped the stone making a not so relaxing noise, being a hairdresser as well i could hear all the conversations going on, phone ringing, so all in all not relaxing at all. After 40minutes, the therapist stopped but I booked an hour. I told her and she just ignored me, told me to get ready and pop at the reception. Which i did, no one asked me how was the massage or said goodbye to me, the therapist was already doing someone's hair... Maybe it was saturday and busy but i will never go there again or recommend it for a massage to anyone. They should stick to hairdressing if they dont want to provide other services.
Hot Stone Massage
Quite a basic facial but very relaxing and the therapist was very professional. This salon is very good, clean and welcoming. The only downside - I was aware that someone else came into the treatment room while I had my eyes covered so that was a bit disconcerting.
