Went to correct a botched haircut I got somewhere else. Understandably I was anxious because of the bad experience but she was very reassuring and kind, listened to what I wanted very carefully and fixed as much as she could. Feel so much more like myself now. Once the poor haircut grows out, I’ll be returning for an actual cut.
