The salon is fine for an haircut but not for more complex treatments like bleach & tone. I don’t think they have the experience & training to provide the right results. Bleach leaked through to my hoodie & fumes hurt my eyes. Highlights left with orange undertones. No certificates/awards on the walls is a red flag. One of the stylists doubles as a receptionist so she’s constantly interrupted by reception duties, delaying the treatment. Card machine wasn’t working so had to pay £££ in cash.

Stylist didn’t want to do her job properly. She was pulling my hair even tho after I told her not to several times. She complained to her colleague and she told her I was from Treatwell. I don’t recommend this hairsalon and I won’t be back ever
