Greeted with a welcoming smile and hiya as I arrived leaving me feeling I was meeting a friend. Asking how myself and family are while doing my hair and even a coffee to drink while I was there. Done a great job of my hair and advice was honest and understandable as Emma explained her professional opinion . Love the end result. Left feeling great and price was very reasonable.
