Emma is fantastic, my appointment was originally for a full head colour, Emma listened to what I wanted and because I changed my mind, to have a treatment I'd never had before. Emma spoke to me, told me what needed to be done . Emma spoke to me through out appointment. Was professional and and result was fab. I'm over the moon. 5 stars for the whole experience.
