I booked in for the mini million dollar facial. It was supposed to be an hour but was less than 45 minutes. I questioned this and was told that it's supposed to be 45 minutes and they started earlier - it was still less than 45 minutes but in either case it was completely underwhelming for £50.

Took up the opportunity to get 1.1ml at a promotional price and I was not disappointed!! Initially my lips were uneven on one side and Sousan really evened them out and was so reassuring when she knew I was scared of needles. Got me to check in the mirror if I was happy with the shape, which I was, then added more definition to my Cupid’s bow which is what I wanted. I absolutely love my lips now and my experience couldn’t have gone any better!! Thank you so much!!!

Very small salon so having two children distracting the therapist wasn’t ideal. However quick and efficient procedure, always beautifully done and lasts for a long time.
