I arrived early after travelling for an hour. Needing to use the bathroom however it was not working and the treatment was to last for up to 3 hours. Was not offered a drink, or even asked about myself or was made to feel comfortable. Asked for my hair cutting and was advised otherwise despite not wanting this style. My hair is a brown colour and hadn't been dyed for 5 years. The "balayage" was just bleach on top of my hair colour and ended up just being half blonde, no gradient at all. Safe to say I will not be returning or dying my hair again. You pay for the treatment you receive and the price is too good to be true. Unfortunately.
