The girl was very sweet but the manicure was awful. It might have been the type of polish but it all peeled off the next day and all the diamantés had fell off too. The manicure wasn't really anything. There was minimum cuticle work. She was a lovely girl but just maybe having an off day

Unfortunately I had pre paid for this appointment, which had to be changed from the Friday to the Saturday to start with. Next was the really poor options of colours to choose from. I opted for what looked like a really pale glittery white kind of colour. The lady then got to work on my cuticles, cutting my skin and making me bleed. It became apparent that the glittery colour was not going to look like the fake nail that had been painted. Turns out, this was a totally white nail so gave a completely different effect to painting it onto a bare nail. The lady kept layering it up to try get it closer to the advertised colour which in turn caused the polish to start running towards the sides of my nails onto my skin. She decided to stop there and put the top coat on. She wasn't happy with the results as much as me and most of this is down to the fact the polish was completely different on my nail to the fake nail and the lady trying to compensate for this. She did offer to take it back off and start again with another colour but I just didn't have the time to go through it all again. To top it all off, it's chipping off already, 3 days after it was applied. So not a great experience and had I not already paid for the service I would have been requesting either a discount or no charge at all.
