Pleasant staff and thorough treatment. Salon is still being put together after a recent move so it is a bit unfinished upstairs where the treatment took place. I think it would benefit from being a little more clinical for treatments like dermaplaning, things like hand sanitising prior to the treatment etc

I had a gel polish removal and a french manicure. When the gel polish was removed, Claire filed them so aggressively and pushed my cuticles down so aggressively that they were left with sores. My nails weren’t cut to the same size, she didn’t ask what shape I wanted and just made them round when I always have them square and the white tips were very noticeably different lengths. After less than a week, both my thumb nails have snapped so low down that it’s painful, something never happened befor
