I went in for a balayage and ended up with a full head of colour. Clare is lovely and clearly works incredibly hard. However I was slightly disappointed with the outcome of my hair. I think she saw that though and didn’t charge me for the toner she applied to help improve the shade which I definitely appreciated. The cut was great but my colour looked cheap.
