Paid for a body deep tissue massage and was told that it was going to be a sports physio massage on a few areas?! Which was really disappointing, especially as I paid for the service and wasn’t what I opted for. The room was definitely not the room in the photos. Box room and bordering on unclean. The bleach stained towel given to me to cover up with, was also unpleasant & didn’t add to the customer experience. The staff were nice enough, but just didn’t meet expectation :(

It was a really nice massage but not what you would expect when booking a full body deep tissue massage, problem areas were worked on, but didn’t get a full body treatment, it was more a physio treatment than a massage, which would have been great if that’s what I was expecting. Staff and salon were great just not as expected/advertised!
