Couldn't wash my own hair as had just had a tattoo. Booked online. I turned up a bit late as I got lost but it wasn't a problem. Hate my thin hair so asked for some volume to be put into when dried rather than straightening. My hair was blow dried so it had some lovely volume with a few subtle curls on the bottom. Really pleased.
