I asked for a trim and for it to be below my shoulders. Before I had chance to notice what had happened and without being asked if it was an okay amount to cut off, half my hair was on the floor. I now have a Bob sitting above my shoulders. I can’t even tie it up anymore. Spent more time telling me my hair was dry and needed conditioning than asking me how I wanted it cutting. I won’t return
