The stylist was nearly 20 mins late and when Sophie arrived she appeared rushed. During washing my hair I ended up with water running down my face. Sophie looked at the picture I brought with me once and the resulting haircut was nothing like the picture. Sophie appeared distracted throughout cut. My hair doesn't look how I wanted
