I would have rated 4 stars had i not waited 35 mins after my appointment time to start.
I also was not given the conditioning treatment which was advertised and charged extra for long hair which i get but still.
The apprentice was lovely but she was not able to do my cut and i then had to wait for the owner who did do a fab cut, in between a eyelash treatment and a nail treatment. She was not focused on my hair as she had other clients. Timing is key to me and i want a personable service
