So gutted the hairdresser really messed up my hair. I asked for a layers starting from chin to mid back and her “definition” of layers was 90% of the hair at chin length and rest 10% below shoulder. The worst is it was not even cut both sides. I need to book another place to fix this. Really really gutted!
