Very friendly staff. The salon had a very intense smell to nail products because there is no ventilation system. The waxing room was very cluttered and small. Not very clean.

I booked an appointment at this location by mistake. I live in West London and just couldn't physically get to this salon. I notified them immediately after arriving at my local salon. They refused a refund and I ended up paying twice. Very unfair.
