Great results. Had to change hairdresser as mine closed down permanently, so I'm happy with how it turned out
The hairdresser was friendly and nice but unfortunately my experience there was quite bad and wouldn't recommend. Jess was running an hour and a half behind schedule. She was rushing as I was the last client, which I can understand as we all want to go home, but still. The highlights which I had done were stripey, patchy, brassy, there is a clear cut line where the dye was applied and they were left to develop for too long. I now have to find another hairdresser to fix it, which is frustrating.
Great hospitality but too long wait. Adored the staff good manners and welcoming 5 star for that. Less stars for the very long wait.
