I loved my experience at glam by mimi! All of the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming definitely would return. Also my highlights was amazing happy with the results!

I booked a patch test and eyelash extensions about 4 weeks in advance of the day through Treatwell. Turned up to the salon on Monday to get my patch test and there was no one there. Lights on and someone's bag/coat but the door was locked. I tried calling several times, knocking etc and no answer. Its only when I emailed I was told there'd been an admin error but no apology. I tried to reconfirm my booking for eyelashes and asked for a workaround and nothing. The salon didn't even email me back
