Travelled 40 mins to a booked and paid for treatment to find shop closed and now awaiting money back with no success. Avoid this Salon at all costs

Good experience. They still need to use a brand new stick for each dip into the wax (currently they use just one stick per client). Double dipping is not best practice. They put a new paper sheet on the couch but the towel underneath looks a bit grubby which I’ve noted before. Pleased to see they’ve implemented gloves into their waxing practice. But otherwise, it’s a good professional service and I feel thoroughly waxed when I leave unlike other places that leave random hairs.

This visit was improved from my last visit. The towel I lay on was cleaner and the therapist used gloves for my hollywood wax. However, I did speak with the therapist about using a different stick for every time she dipped into the wax. I explained just using one stick per client was still not hygienic as it is the same wax used for different clients. Hopefully the therapist will implement this practice with immediate effect. She was very thorough and I felt like she did a good job overall.
