Behnaz was really warm, welcoming, attentive and thorough with my wash, cut and dry. Was very patient when I showed her what I wanted on my phone, and double- and triple-checked the length with me before cutting my hair. Couldn't ask for better!

Behnaz washed and cut my hair, I wanted a fair amount off and Behnaz checked in on the length to make sure I agreed before cutting. Behnaz was methodical when cutting and checked for evenness. Behnaz is on the quieter side and the wash and cut took just over 30mins so handy for a quick fix if you want a blow dry
