I feel like my haircut was rushed and even the hair colour done to my colleague. I did not like both outcomes. The staff keeps talking in their native language which I think is not very professional in front of a client that cannot understand the language. I was hoping that the experience was more warm and welcoming.

The stylist was nice however she didn’t ask any questions about my colour and I didn’t feel like she listened when I said what I wanted , my highlights turned out a bit stripey for my preference. The place is nice and clean and they are friendly though

Dani - 5, Treatments 5, venue & stagg 5, Time 2 (Hamman should be 90min experience not 45mins - 15mins was steam room) Treatwell app should show Hammam for 1hr then. I didn't have enough time.
