Overall the cut was ok. Sadly even though I had booked a junior stylist, this perhaps should have been advertised as a trainee. I had to prompt a couple of times. Even though others were, I wasn’t offered water or a drink. It was overall silent. The cut was originally uneven, but this was fixed. The blow dry took one hour and I sadly had to correct it as it was left flat and with a strange shape to my fringe. When being shown the mirror I had to guide on how to hold it so I could actually see
