I had a full body massage with Dany. The massage had a nice flow and the room was ready on time. However, I paid for a 1-hour massage but was initially given only 55 minutes. When I mentioned it, Dany seemed argumentative rather than accommodating, although she did complete the hour. There was also no offer of water or tea, or even a thank you or goodbye, which made the overall experience feel unprofessional and disappointing.

Went to get a blow dry but was told it was not easy (I have wavy hair) and got my hair done with a curler instead.Also the shampoo was not done well and the conditioner was barely left on without even brushing it through.
