Had a manicure with Zarinn. Easily one of the most professional, soothing, and thorough manicures I've ever gotten and I usually hate sitting through manicures! Highly recommend.
The website took me to the wrong address, so I was late to my appointment. The staff were very accommodating and made me feel welcome. The manicure was the best I've had in years. I will definitely be returning for manicures, facials and hair colouring.

Just lack of attention to detail mattered tbh. Bit disorganised. Hair all over the floor and they clean it in your direction. Should not have to ask for a beverage. No magazines offered. Just a little bit rough. Colour was okay. Good wash.
The loyalty card us for blow drys only so that's dissapointing.
