I didn't like the atmosphere here at all. The lady who ran it kept whispering to colleagues and then got angry with them in a highly unprofessional way in front of me when she couldn't locate my Treatwell booking. Fine with me but horrible to her staff, which is much like a date who is horrible to a waiter but lovely to you: not ok.
The wax itself wasn't terribly thorough and was much more painful than hot wax.
I won't be returning.

Terrible painful manicure. My cuticles were massacred and have loads of hang nails now! Gel polish looked fine in the salon (though she had left quite a gap between my finger and where the polish starts so sort of looked like it had grown out a bit already!) but once I got home and looked properly in day light it was very thin and you could practically see through it. Looked like normal nail polish rather than gel and had been poorly applied with gaps and uneven bits down the sides and bits on my fingers. Shellac/gel usually lasts me at least two weeks, usually three at the places I normally go to but this has chipped after just one! Really disappointing. Very unhappy with this and would not recommend.
