Booked a Brazilian believing it was with hard wax and got told that I had booked for warm wax and that(even though I've always gotten a Brazilian) it was a Hollywood I wanted and had to pay 15£ more for it.
Even though the lady was really friendly, when I complained that the wax too hot, I got told that it wasn't. The whole treatment was extremely painful and I now my skin is literally pealing off. Do not recommend.

The wax was great, it does say Lycon on here but actually if you want Lycon it cost £10 more. The therapist does explain this before you start your treatment. I opted for the strip wax instead and I was surprised that it wasn't more painful. I'm very pleased with my waxing and had I only had this and had the price list been correct I would award it 5 star. However, I was a little disappointed with the pedicure as o felt my therapist didn't remove enough dead skin.
