My booking made through Treatwell went into their calendar as later times than booked. My manicure was good although the lady did not expect to be doing it for me. My pedicure lacked any kind of foot or leg massage or moisturising which is usually standard.
Upper leg waxing was rushed and the lady didn’t taught the skin on my thighs so was very painful and ended up with rectangular welts on both legs until the following evening at least.
Won’t be rushing back.

The treatment was very rushed and it felt like the staff didn’t know what they were doing. The woman hurt my nails when she pushed them back and removed the cuticles. The place itself was rather unclean and messy.
