Not sure if she has ever done highlights before... She never asked me what colours I wanted, she didn’t ask where my parting was and now I look like a barbie-blonde tiger. I’ve been having my hair highlighted for over 20 years and this was by far the worst it’s ever looked. Should have paid the extra £20 to go to a better salon. Now I have to pay double to fix it! Can’t speak for any of the other services, although they weren’t very busy, which is never a great sign.

Quite a chaotic salon, my appointment was booked at 5 but they didn’t start my pedi until 5:30.
I don’t think it was a full mani and pedi (just cut, file, polish) but it was cheap and you get what you pay for. The girl who did my mani and pedi was lovely though.

Actually the best LVL treatment I’ve ever had. Two staff members looked after me and my lashes look incredible. Thank you so very much. I’ll be back for sure
