The VENUE is very damp with lots of mould patches. The STAFF were speaking in their language throughout the treatment, even taking a phone call while applying glue for the LVL treatment. the TREATMENT was done very unprofessionally and it doesn’t look like I’ve had anything done to my eyelashes, the lady applied the tint twice as it wouldn’t take and there was no lift to my lashes at all. I don’t like to leave bad feedback but on this occasion, there was no good points. Sorry but won’t be returning

Men's Haircut
Nice place, very clean, nice staff but very late and quite poor manicure. Booked on Treatwell 3 hours before, slots were available every 30mn and yet when we arrived we've had to wait a good 35mn. I suspect they do not synchronise their calendar with Treatwell's. The 30mn standard manicure ended up lasting 1h30 total with the delay. I asked for my long nails to be cut by half the length and round shape which was how they were already, I ended up with no length at all after filing and with inconsistent shape. Nail polish doesn't look perfect on the edges and on some nails it doesn't cover the last 2mm so they look even shorter. I will not come back.
