Very friendly staff, really good manicure at a very good price
Gel Nails Manicure
I used to love coming here but unfortunately the person who used to do the lashes left. On this occasion the person who did my lashes clearly hadn’t been trained properly, immediately after the treatment I realised one eye had more lashes than the other, when I mentioned that to the women in charge she told me I was wrong (even though it was clearly visible!) she then proceeded to tell me that my lashes are long so I don’t need extensions in the first place. Bizarre. She said she couldn’t do anything about it as another person was coming in. She didn’t offer to give me my money back or a discount. She told me to come back in a few days and she would do a new set but I wasn’t about to go through the whole ordeal again. Very rude & disappointing customer service.
