I hate leaving bad reviews but I didn’t enjoy my experience, the cut was so bad I ended up re-cutting my hair when I got home to rescue it. I have straight normal hair and just asked for a straight cut and ended up with wonky, jagged ends. Will never go back.

Got an appointment at short notice after another treatwell booking not honoured. Staff were really nice and welcoming but shellac manicure took way too long and unfortunately 2 nails have chipped (within 2 days of manicure) and 3 nails are really smudgy. Am really disappointed and would therefore not rebook, despite the lovely staff.
