Dirty tissue on treatment bed, tools do not appear sterile. People walking in and out of treatment room constantly and staff speaking in different languages to each other which was very distracting. Had an eyebrow tint and a whole patch of my eyebrow is still white. I wont be returning.

After 4 hours did not get the service I expected. Upon complaining the manager became rude and patronising. Would not recommend.
