I love this salon however this time they couldn’t get my colour right from the beginning. I wanted white blonde, bleach plus toner. Was made to pick a colour which didn’t take (after washing I had yellow hair) had further bleach & toners added, which took over 2 hours. Still have bits of yellow in my hair
I was, unbelievably, charged a further £20 for the colour (which still isn’t right). My hair feels like breakable straw (wasn’t washed with shampoo or conditioner added after the final toner).
