I had two treatments booked. Removal of shellac manicure scheduled for 12.35pm followed by eyebrow thread at 1pm. I pre-paid via Treatwell for both treatments. However I noticed I was charged by Treatwell for both treatments mentioned plus another eyebrow threading for 1.15pm. I hoped to sort out at Gisoo but they were insistent their appointment calendar only showed one eyebrow treatment even though I was charged for two! Not sure where the error occurred but I lost £10 because of this.
