This was my first facial and definitely not my last. Giseli was professional and friendly and walked me through all the steps of the process. My skin looks amazing.

I had a good wax from Giseli however I didn’t really feel that comfortable in the surroundings given it was an office (not as seen in the photo). Though she has made the room more ambient with music etc, it was a little strange and, dare I say, she was overly clinical.
Good wax however I usually like to feel more at ease with a good atmosphere.
