Good atmosphere, the lady is lovely and tries to make it as easy as possible. It was my first time ever and I have to say -it is painful but she did her best. After all - it's impossible not to feel pain during hollywood waxing. ;) Will be back!

Giseli always keeps such a clean and comfortable treatment room. I have been coming to her for waxing for a while now and it has never been painful due to the quality of her products and her expertise. She is very friendly and chatty which creates a calm environment and puts you at ease. Definitely worth the travel from zone 5!
