Cut both little finger cuticles which bleed for 40mins. Kept asking me if Ihad paid before Icame which I did however don't think she believed me. Cleanliness was a issue. Was filmed fora Instagram story without asking my permission. Would not go their again!

Not sure I would go back here. Felt awkward that people were no longer wearing masks (obviously some people were exempt) but there were no facilities to clean/wash hands before or after treatment no divisions between work stations and in other facilities they have had individual packs that clients can purchase to avoid cross contamination with other clients when doing nail work. I understand that we are coming to the end of covid restrictions but just didn’t feel safe or ‘clean’.
