Exceptional value. Location was nice enough and good for price point. Massage as exceptional - I was really tight and the masseuse spent a lot of time trying to work my knots, continuously checking in that pressure was ok. I will go back

Very pleasant receptionist and the masseuse seemed nice enough. But the treatment wasn’t great - slightly rough and focused on areas too close to my spine. Have been feeling a little worse for wear since and will not return again. Shame really.

Really great experience at Gion Spa - very friendly welcome into a calm space for a short wait. The spa was very clean and the staff were excellent. I booked a Deep Tissue Massage - I think the names of the treatments on Treatwell and at the spa may be slightly different - and Alyssa (I think was her name!) was fantastic, listened to what I needed and was very professional. Will definitely be back.

Wow! I had a one hour massage with Jo and she was insanely good. I've had a lot of massages in my time and this with up there as one of the best one's I've had. So attentive, pressure was perfect and I fell asleep. Pure bliss.
