SO deep tissue that it hurt - beware you may come away bruised - but in a good way! It felt like he was really working all my most tense areas. Spent a seriously long time on my back and then only ended up spending about 10 minutes on the whole of the rest of my body - hence knocking off a star, would have liked him to spend more time on the rest of me too.

The acupuncture was very helpful! The man who gave me this treatment was very knowledgeable and listened to my health concerns. The place was good size and had different treatment rooms and you are made to feel comfortable. Overall my body felt much better and I will be booking another appointment.
