I was expecting more time to be spent on the massage than than the acupuncture but saying that, I felt much better afterwards and it definitely loosened up my stiff neck. I would definitely recommend if you have neck or shoulder muscle pain. The therapisr was professional.

The massage itself was good but if your looking for fluffy towels and aromatic oils this is not the place for you. I had a back and shoulder massage. I was not covered with a towel on my lower half I was just asked to keep my trousers on which is fine but be warned if you go in jeans it may not be as comfortable as you would expect when having a "relaxing" massage. Also when the massage was finished the guy just got some of the couch tissue roll and rubbed the oil off my back which was very rough and scratchy. It was very cheap so you do get what you pay for.

Very good value for money. While it wasn't comparable to a spa treatment, I did feel much better afterwards so would say the quality of the service is high (knowledgable staff).
