I really enjoyed my treatments here. It was my first experience of both acupuncture and reflexology. I was told I may need more then one treatment to help my stiff neck and shoulder pain, and have found although I feel loads better, another treatment or two will probably do the trick. With regard to the reflexology and spa, I feel it was more of a foot soak with dried roses and herbs, which was nice enough. I would have liked more pressure with the reflexology. All in all nice experience.
